p+s was retained to complete the interior and exterior design for this lakefront property. The client was seeking a masculine aesthetic, which is conveyed through concrete floors, natural materials and dark finishes. The minimalist lighting, plumbing and hardware lent itself to the overall modern aesthetic. The clean lines and details are inconspicuous and therefore draw the eye to the incredible lake and mountain views.
