In 2017 p+s worked with the owners of Stags Hollow to complete the interior design of their new tasting room located above their production cellar. The new tasting room expanded their existing operations providing the opportunity to host more guests for tastings with a view over the vineyard. p+s provided permit and construction drawings for the interior redesign as well as the millwork design for the new tasting bar and display storage, and an interior finish package. Adjacent to the tasting bar is a private multifunction tasting room, which provides an opportunity to host multiple private tastings at one time, larger groups and winemaker’s dinners.
