People plus Space was approached by the proprietors of Little Engine Wines in collaboration with the builder to design an agrarian style tasting room and production facility. We were presented with land surrounded by vineyard and asked to develop the building, crush pad and outdoor patio area, as well as site access and parking. The 1,000 sq.ft. tasting room provides an intimate experience for clients while highlighting the wines. A viewing area into the barrel room and production area provides a unique experience for patrons to understand the culture of wine. Behind the scenes are facilities for production, case good storage, exterior covered crush pad and barrel storage.
