Le Vieux Pin is an established winery on the Black Sage Road in Oliver. p+s was retained to design a second building on the property for the purpose of production (tank area), covered crush pad and bottling area, lab, barrel storage, staff kitchen and offices. The client wanted to match the existing building design to compliment the overall aesthetic. In order to expedite the construction process, the building was built from concrete tilt-up construction. People plus Space designed the building and layout with the owner and winemaker and worked with the client through to the finishes and furniture layouts.
