JoieFarm Winery had an established site and label prior to working with People plus Space. A previously renovated farmhouse needed replacement in order to meet the demand they were experiencing as a winery. Following the design and construction of the approximately 3,000 sq.ft. building and extensive landscaping, the unique property now boasts a beautiful red modern barn inspired tasting room and private tasting area with access to Joie Picnique (outdoor salon sitting area) and bocce court. The flow of traffic and all-encompassing experience steered the building design, the intention was to provide more than a quick wine tasting. The simple colour pallet highlights the wines and lush garden area and view of Okanagan Lake.
